As members of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) we are always looking for opportunities to share our experiences and knowledge and learn from other professionals in the field. We are therefore excited to attend this year’s Society of Will Writers Annual Conference, joining like-minded individuals in discussing both modern ways of working and, in our talk on 9 October, how to try to avoid contentious probate scenarios.

Disputes of any nature can be uncomfortable, upsetting and costly. Sadly, those relating to probate are often also highly emotional and often distressing.  Steps can be taken at the Will drafting stage to reduce the risk of matters turning contentious when the testator passes away.

We look forward to discussing this topic in more detail at the conference which looks set to be an exciting opportunity for networking, collaboration, seeing some old friends and creating some new connections.

To learn more about our expertise and approaches to resolving trust and probate disputes, come and talk to us on Stand 3 or visit www.meridianprivateclient.co.uk.  We look forward to seeing you in October!
