Stephen is a Partner at IDR Law and a specialist contentious probate practitioner with over 40 years of experience, a joint author of Testamentary Capacity, and one of the few practitioners who holds membership of both STEP and ACTAPS. A recipient of the STEP Founders Award for outstanding contributions to the profession, Stephen has been quoted by the Law Commission in multiple consultations and personally thanked by the Master of the Rolls for his work promoting mediation.
