The SSWW was formed when it was apparent that legislation would be passed to regulate Will Writing in Scotland under the Legal Services (Scotland) Bill.

Once again Scotland is leading the way with the introduction of the Act.

The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners, who have been active in Scotland for over 20 years supporting Will Writers created the SSWW to meet the needs of those organisations and individuals who require training and support.
