Report a Concern or Code Violation

This form enables SWW members, staff, or members of the public and the wider profession to report concerns, incidents, or alleged breaches of The Society of Will Writers Code of Practice.

It may also be used to raise matters of general concern relevant to professional standards or member behaviour.

Please provide as much detail as possible to assist the SWW Professional Standards Board (PSB) in understanding and, if appropriate, investigating the matter.
