    This form enables members, staff, or members of the public to report concerns, incidents, or alleged breaches of the Society of Will Writers (SWW) Code of Conduct.

    It may also be used to raise matters of general concern relevant to professional standards or member behaviour.

    Please provide as much detail as possible to assist the Professional Standards Board (PSB) in understanding and, if appropriate, investigating the matter.
