Katie Latham is a Senior Associate Solicitor at IDR Law and specialist contentious probate solicitor with over 13 years’ experience. She is a full member of ACTAPS and a member of ConTrA.
Katie advises on a wide range of disputes involving wills, estates and trusts, including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to Will validity, executor and beneficiary disputes. She has particular experience in complex family disputes.
Known for her practical and approachable style, Katie combines strong technical knowledge with clear, straightforward advice and a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes.
