Eleanor is Chief Commercial Officer at now:pensions, a business of Marsh, where she leads the firm’s commercial strategy.
In addition to this, Eleanor has taken on the newly created role of GTM strategy lead for wider UK DC (Defined Contribution) pensions where she will be responsible for identifying market development opportunities, optimising distribution channels, and developing marketing strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Eleanor is passionate about building customer-centric solutions that combine purpose with profit and championing a fair and inclusive pension system. As an example, she oversaw the UK’s first workplace pension for self-employed drivers, extending pension access to gig economy workers. The initiative sits at the heart of “Fair Pensions for All”, the campaign Eleanor launched in 2019 to make retirement saving more inclusive and accessible.
Eleanor has held senior roles at Cardano Group, Winton Group, and Russell Investments and has over 15 years’ experience across pensions and investment management.
