At Direct Pay, we are big believers in the importance of relationships. We put our all into building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with everyone we come into contact with; partners, clients, members of the team.

The very DNA of Direct Pay is built on relationships. Our founders and directors formed and grew the company together, having built their own relationship via the Business Networking Organisation known as BNI (Business Network International).

Due to the strength, reliability and attitudes of our wide-ranging networking relationships, we are in a very strong position to be able to offer support and superb customer service to our clients. We go above and beyond when it comes to nurturing the relationships we play a part in. In the wake of coronavirus, this is now more important than ever.

“It’s not the strength of the wolf, it’s the strength of the pack” goes the saying, and as the world of business emerges from the harm the pandemic has done, aligning yourself with partners, friends and allies who you know, like and trust is crucial to the future of your business.

You shouldn’t be teaming up with just anybody though, you should be teaming up with companies who can offer you the assistance and support that you need to take your business to the next level. You’ve done the survival bit, that was the last twelve months. Now it’s time to thrive and to grow.

Direct Pay are one such company who have the experience and the expertise to help you take your offer to that next level.

Payment options, like the ones we have available for SWW members, will not only help us form a working relationship between ‘you’ and ‘us’, but will help you build relationships with your clients.

Relationships of trust, security and integrity. Relationships that stand the test of time. Relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

That word just keeps coming through – ‘relationships’ – and we know why, because it should be at the forefront of everything we do in business, irrespective of the industry or niche we operate in. You know this, as you build relationships with your clients all the time. We know this, as it underpins everything we do.

With this ethos underpinning everything we do; we are currently in the process of forging brilliant working relationships with the members of the SWW. Indeed, many of you have already got in touch after following our newsletter pieces these last couple of months. We look forward to answering the phone and replying to many more of your emails promptly and professionally in the weeks and months ahead.

You owe it to your clients to get yourself in the best possible shape for the grand reopening of the world. You owe it to yourself and your business to build some beneficial contacts and arrangements.

So, let’s do it! Let’s build some more relationships.
