We are pleased to announce that the 26th running of the SWW Conference will take place on the 7th and 8th of October 2024, where we will return once again to the Hilton East Midlands Airport Hotel for what is set to be another excellent event.

In what marks the SWW’s 30th anniversary year, we’re pulling out all the stops to make this an engaging and informative event and a fun and exciting celebration of the SWW and all it means to the people it serves. As ever, you’ll hear from expert speakers, including a host of exhibitors, to help enhance your knowledge, grow your business and improve your offering to clients. This year will also provide a unique opportunity to meet with the entire SWW team, as all will be in attendance to join in with the celebrations.

As usual, the event takes place over two days, with our guest speakers providing a series of talks on the first day covering relevant current and requested topics, and on the second day, we’ll have workshops designed to provide a good opportunity for interaction and participation. The Monday night will also play host to a private delegates dinner with entertainment for all to enjoy.

As for the lineup, this year we’re delighted to have SWW favourite and expert on all things LPA related Craig Ward of Lundie return to the conference, as well as Mike Roberts, who returns from last year to give a talk on personal branding and the power of video messaging. We also have some new faces on the stage, including The Will Company’s Stephen Oliver, who’ll share his own inspirational story on how his business has grown over the last 30 years, as well as Ben Furlong from Estatesearch who will be telling delegates all about their new will bank management system, and how will writers can better engage with their existing client base.

SWW Director Anthony Belcher will give his annual update and reflect on 30 years of the SWW, and there will also be the Professional Standards Board’s annual update delivered by none other than its Chairman, Antony Brinkman.

The SWW Conference presents an excellent opportunity to earn several hours of CPD, all neatly wrapped up in a convenient and affordable package. Many members have taken the time to attend the event over the years, and if you’ve never been before, we and many others can highly recommend it!

In light of our 30th anniversary celebrations, we’re launching this year’s conference with a special “early bird” ticket price of just £260 for both days, which will be available until the 31st of May 2024. Afterwards, the tickets will rise to their full price of £300 for both days. Single-day tickets are available too, as well as accommodation options and the delegate’s dinner, allowing you to select options to suit you best.

We’ll be announcing lots more about the event over the next few weeks, including more topics, workshops, sponsors, and entertainment, so keep your eyes open for those updates. You can also follow the event through our social media tags – #SWWCon24 #SWWConference2024

We look forward to seeing you there!
