Having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2008, I have worked at a selection of practices, from small family run firms to mid sized corporate ones, dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing along with commercial property, including development land and some agricultural matters, Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration, acting for individuals, Attorneys, Personal Representatives (private and professional), Trustees and corporate Deputies, companies and lending institutions in the capacity of an employee – at Associate level in some firms – and also in the role of trusted locum. Since 2022 I have been a Director of my own legal practice, initially a CILEx regulated online firm and subsequently an SRA regulated Solicitors’ firm based in Totnes. In 2024 I became dual qualified as a Licensed Probate Practitioner, specialising in the private client practice area. In the same year, I also became a Director of the Board of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers. I endeavour to maintain high standards of commitment to the role of legal advisor and supporting clients through their property transactions and assisting with other personal matters such as will writing, making Lasting Powers of Attorney plus assisting with Grant applications and subsequent Estate Administration. I am also a Member of Devon and Somerset Law Society, The Society of Will Writers, a Member of The Institute of Legal Finance and Management.
