Jessica Cutrera is the President at Leo Wealth, an independent global wealth advisor and multifamily office. Based in Hong Kong, she provides comprehensive wealth management and planning services. Prior to Leo Wealth, Jessica was a founding partner, responsible officer and compliance officer at The Capital Company, an independent asset management firm formed in the beginning of 2017. Before this, she co-founded EXS Capital Asia Limited in 2008, building the firm’s wealth management practice and serving as a responsible officer and compliance officer until 2016. She and her team built a substantial asset management and financial planning practice at EXS as one of Asia’s first fee-only fiduciary independent wealth practices.
Before she moved to Asia in 2003, Jessica worked for Charles Schwab in the U.S. Her cross-border expertise in trust and estate planning is recognized by her acceptance into the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She has an MBA from Temple University in Tokyo and is an Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CPRS).
