I have many years experience in the legal industry and have specialised in Wills and Succession for 15 of those years. I am cILEX Level 3 qualified and have studied cILEX at Level 6 in Wills and Succession, Civil Litigation, Contract Law and the Law of Tort.
I have worked with Soteria Planning for the last two years and their head office is based in Binfield in Bracknell and I am based in Wokingham. Initial appointments are generally undertaken via Zoom therefore making geographical location less of a challenge. Face to face appointments are also undertaken for clients who prefer to meet in person.
I offer flexible appointment times to work around my clients which includes time slots for late evening appointments and weekends as and when required.
The first appointment with me is a free consultation to get to know the client and their needs, to discuss the extent of the client’s estate and to run through what the client wishes to achieve. After this is ascertained advice is given and options discussed and the process of moving forward and a fee proposal is given.
Thereafter there is no pressure on the client to proceed and I offer as much time as the client needs to make their decisions. Full contact detail are always provided for any questions to be answered along the way.
I have three children of my own and I enjoy working with young families to make sure that they have the full protection that they need.
