Ackworth Wills was formed in 2006 with the aim of providing convenient visiting will writing provision at affordable prices. We are a small friendly family firm and combine an information service with leaflets from the Society of Will Writers, home visits and service to provide wills, trusts and lasting power of attorney.
Wills are offered from WillPack who are founder members of the Society of Will Writers, and through them we can provide wills for all circumstances, ranging from simple wills to complex wills including various trusts. Trusts can be arranged to mitigate against care charges and to assist in asset protection as well as cater for vulnerable family members and provide for flexible estate management. And we must not forget naming guardians and pet caretakers.
John Alder is a member of the Society of Will Writers and proud to uphold their high traditions and standards. John has over 30 years experience as a teacher and lecturer, experience of post office management, and is qualified with three university degrees, a trainers award in conflict management, an A1 assessor award and V1 internal Verifier award (IQA), is a qualified teacher in TEFL and has a passion for Customer Care and Customer Service.
