Jo Ponsford commenced her legal career in 2000, joining a niche commercial firm in Exeter; in 2003 she moved to specialise in property matters and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer (with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers – “CLC”) in 2008.
Having worked for various firms within the personal/private client departments at Associate level, Jo obtained SQA Level 6 Diploma in Probate Law and Practice in 2021, covering legal work in relation to Wills, Succession and Grants of Representation; The Administration of Estates and Managing Client and Office Accounts.
