I have been working in the financial services industry since I was 18 and have developed a wide range of knowledge particularly in the mortgage and insurance sector where I have helped many clients from different backgrounds. All having a variety of different financial circumstances, needs and preferences.
I enjoy being a problem solver and I get a lot of satisfaction from my highly rated and praised customer service. I also enjoy being able to learn and am willing take up challenging cases, especially if it means gaining more experience and leaning how to set up new policies and mortgage schemes.
I became an adviser a few months after passing my CEMAP’s which I studies for along side my 9 to 5 job at Crystal Clear as an administrator. I am grateful to now being to work alongside more senior advisers and get the chance to service a wide range of their client’s and my own.
