Prime Minister warns of tough times ahead

Whatever the future holds for us all - people will still die.
It is estimated that currently in England and Wales alone over 27 million adults don't have a valid Will; dying intestate (without a Will) could bring even more financial hardship to their loved ones that a little bit of forward planning could have prevented.

• It is right that making a Will may not be high on the list of priorities when the going get tough;

• It is right that making a Will today wont help matters today – the fact is you have to die first;

• It is right though that dying without a Will is more costly and is likely to cause friction amongst loved ones at a time when they should be grieving;

• It is right also that dying without a Will may cause untold and unnecessary hardship to those loved ones left behind;

• It is right that without a Will your estate may not pass to those that wish to benefit from your life;

• It is right that should you die whilst your children are still young, the Court and Social Services could make decisions on your behalf as to who will bring them up;

Make a Will now, consider THEIR futures;

• YOU choose who you want to bring up your children;

• YOU choose who you wish to benefit from your life;

• YOU choose who you trust to administer your estate;

THE CHOICES ARE YOURS – DON’T LEAVE THE FUTURES OF YOUR LOVED ONES TO CHANCE

Make a Will today
