Lasting Power of Attorney course

Date Next: January 2010
Location: Lincoln
Tutor: Craig Ward

Craig Ward is author of the Law Society's book on 'Lasting Powers of Attorney: A Practical Guide' (2008). He is a solicitor, speaker and mediator specialising in civil law and vulnerable adults.

“The LPA course was extremely valuable and essential to anyone wishing to offer these documents to their clients. Not only did it focus on the practical aspects of these documents but also the law underlying and governing the area which as a practitioner in this field is essential for compliance.

Craig delivered the course in a clear and informative way. He clearly knows his stuff and the course was a pleasure to attend”.
Student R. LLB

I was very impressed with the quality of the speaker and his ability to communicate effectively to a non solicitor audience.

I thought that the pitch and content was about "just right" and that overall the course was well worthwhile. I will certainly consider further courses for the future.

Yes I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found Craig to be a good tutor, his pace was not too fast and he obviously knows his subject very well. What further courses are up and coming in the near future that you feel may be of benefit?

I thought the course was very good and Craig was an excellent trainer. My only reservation was that I thought this new course was about more than LPA's but it wasn't. Having said that I needed to do an LPA course and that's what I got.
